Group booking

Group IV therapy in Miami, at your venue

Weddings, milestone weekends, conferences and celebrations. Group bookings start at five guests at a venue, and smaller groups at one address share a travel fee rather than paying it each. Everyone still gets their own intake, which is the part that takes the planning rather than the drips.

  • From five guests at a venue
  • One travel fee, shared
  • Individual intake for everyone

Planning a group

When to run a group session around an event

Not on the morning of, which is the most common request and the worst timing. A wedding morning is already full, and adding an unfamiliar thing to it creates the exact stress people book these to avoid. The day before, or two days before, works far better.

Glutathione in particular is worth booking two to three days ahead, because any minor flush or bruising at the site settles well before photographs. See the beauty drip for the detail on that.

Headcount a week ahead lets us bring enough nurses. Five guests is the floor for a venue booking; below that, several people at one address still share a fee. See group pricing and office sessions.

On the day

How a group visit is run at a venue

  1. Everyone, individually

Each guest goes through their own intake privately. It is the part that takes the time, and it is not something that can be batched. Some guests will be declined and that stays between them and their nurse.

  2. A station, not a queue

Stands go up in one area and guests are taken through in turn rather than lined up. Most people carry on with whatever the day involves between their turn and the drip.

  3. Allow more time than the drips

Intake for eight people plus setup is the bulk of the afternoon. Budget generously or the session ends up rushed at exactly the wrong end.

  4. Everything leaves

Stands, supplies and all waste go with the nurses. Venues care about this more than guests do, and it is worth telling them so when you book the room.

What it costs

What a group booking costs in Miami

Each guest pays the drip price for whatever they have. The travel fee is charged once for the visit rather than per person, and that single fact is why group bookings are usually the cheapest way to have a mobile drip at all.

With three people the mobile premium is already largely gone. With eight it is negligible per head. What does scale is nurse time, so beyond a certain headcount a second nurse is quoted at planning rather than added later.

Common questions

Miami group IV therapy questions, answered

Minimum numbers, timing around an event, pricing and how intake works for a group.

Five guests is the floor for a venue booking. Below that, several people at one address still share one travel fee rather than paying it each, so three friends at a flat already get most of the benefit.
No, and it is the most common request. A wedding morning is already full. The day before, or two days before for anything involving glutathione, works far better and leaves time for a site to settle.
Each guest pays for their own drip and the travel fee is charged once for the visit rather than per person. That is what makes group bookings usually the cheapest way to have a mobile drip.
Yes, individually and privately. It is the part of the afternoon that takes the time and it cannot be batched. Some guests may be declined on clinical grounds and that stays between them and their nurse.
Longer than the drips. Intake for a group plus setup is the bulk of the session. Budget generously rather than tightly, because running late at the end of a pre-event session is the worst possible outcome.
Most do not, particularly when you tell them everything is brought and taken away including sharps. Ask the venue first and mention that, because it is usually their actual concern.

Day before the wedding on their advice, not the morning of. Best planning decision we made.

Two nurses, one travel fee, and they took everything away. The venue was happier than we were.

Each of us was taken aside for the history. One friend was declined and nobody made it awkward.

Took longer than we planned. They had told us to budget more time and we did not listen.
