About us

About our Miami IV therapy team

A small nurse-led service covering Miami and the areas around it. What we do is narrow on purpose: nurse-administered infusions and vitamin shots, brought to where you already are, with a clinician approving every blend before a line goes in.

  • Nurse-led, deliberately narrow
  • Pharmacy-prepared blends
  • We decline visits, regularly

What we do

Why we do one thing rather than several

Mobile IV therapy and vitamin shots. Not aesthetics, not weight programmes, not anything requiring a different set of skills and a different regulatory footing. A narrow service is easier to run properly, and running it properly is the only thing that matters when you are putting a line into someone's vein.

Every nurse is registered with the provincial nursing college and accountable to it for their practice. Every blend comes from a licensed compounding pharmacy rather than being assembled on site. Every dose is approved for you specifically at intake.

That chain is short enough to explain in a paragraph, which is the point. See medical oversight and ingredients and dosing. More on that in iv drips.

How we work

Four things we do the same way, every time

  1. Screen before we travel

Health questions on the phone before a nurse sets out. If the answers point at emergency care or at your own physician, you are told then and there is no charge for the call.

  2. Approve before we open anything

A licensed clinician signs off the blend and the dose for you specifically. Nothing is opened before that, and the step is not skipped because a visit is short.

  3. Stay in the room

Your nurse does not set up a bag and leave. They watch how you respond, adjust the rate, and carry a reaction kit on every visit because the presence is the point.

  4. Take everything away

Stands, supplies and all waste including sharps leave with the nurse. You are left with a plaster and a room that looks the way it did.

What we will not do

The claims we will not make

We will not tell you an infusion treats or fixes a condition, because it does not. We will not tell you it clears toxins, because your liver and kidneys do that. We will not promise a specific feeling at a specific hour, because nobody can.

You will find those limits stated on the pages that sell the relevant thing rather than hidden in the terms. The NAD+ page says the evidence is unsettled. The recovery page says the amino acid case is weaker than the fluid case. That is deliberate.

Common questions

About us: common questions

Who we are, who administers, what we will not claim, and how to check us.

A Registered Nurse, registered with the provincial nursing college and accountable to it. Ask us which college and for a registration number and you get both immediately, as you should from any provider.
A licensed compounding pharmacy, prepared in a sterile facility to the formulation a clinician approved. In-scope additions on the day are made by your nurse using sterile technique rather than improvised.
No, and that is deliberate. Mobile IV therapy and vitamin shots only. A narrow service is easier to run properly, which is what matters when the procedure involves a line into a vein.
Regularly, and there is no charge when we do. Most are caught by screening questions on the phone before a nurse sets out. Some emerge at intake, and the visit ends there rather than proceeding carefully.
That an infusion treats or fixes a condition, that it clears toxins, or that you will feel a particular way at a particular time. Those limits are stated on the pages selling the relevant thing rather than buried in the terms.
Ask which college your nurse is registered with, who approves the blend, where it is compounded, what happens if you react, and when you decline someone. We answer all five before you book.

Asked which college she was registered with and got the number as well.

They talked me out of a booking on the phone. I have never had a company do that before.

Their own page told me the evidence is unsettled. That is why I trusted the rest.

Narrow menu, and they explained why they do not offer anything else. It made sense once she said it.
