01 1. About These Terms
These terms apply to every visit booked with Miami IV Therapy and to the information published on this site. Booking a visit means accepting them. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book rather than after.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which version applies, and the terms in force at the time of your booking are the ones that govern it.
02 2. What We Provide
Miami IV Therapy provides intravenous infusions and intramuscular vitamin injections as a wellness service, administered by registered clinicians at an address you nominate. Blends are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy.
This is not medical treatment for a diagnosed condition, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from your own physician. Nothing on this site should be read as medical advice for your circumstances.
03 3. Eligibility and Intake
Every visit requires an intake covering your medical history, current medications and allergies, reviewed and approved by a licensed clinician before anything is administered. You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information.
We may decline a booking at any point, including on your doorstep, on clinical grounds. Where we decline before a visit proceeds, there is no charge. Services are for adults only.
04 4. Bookings, Prices and Cancellation
Prices quoted before a visit cover the agreed blend and any agreed additions. Anything added during a visit is quoted before it is administered. Figures published on this site are typical ranges collected from this market and are not quotes.
Rescheduling with reasonable notice is free. Very short notice cancellations may attract a fee, because a clinician has reserved the window and prepared for the visit.
05 5. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate health information, tell your clinician immediately if you feel unwell during a visit, and follow the aftercare guidance you are given. Ensure the address is safe and accessible for a visiting clinician.
Do not book on behalf of someone who has not agreed to the visit and cannot complete their own intake.
06 6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information given at intake.
07 7. Privacy and Records
Health information collected at intake is recorded and held in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, and is used to deliver your visit safely. Records are retained as required by professional and legal obligations.
